Some comment in Wii Fit
I would share some huge effect of Wii Fit that post the positive comments.
40+ days, 5 lbs and toned muscles–still loving it, November 8, 2008
Wii fit is great since it motivates, tracks progress, is fun and works! I’m 48 and the mother of 3 grown kids. I was in average shape for my age when I started. I’ve used it over 35 days of the last 40 (I know because I can check). I’ve lost 5 lbs and am noticeably more toned. I enjoy the variety. As others have said, the balance activities make a nice break, but they still definitely help develop core muscles. Sometimes I’ll start the day with aerobics and do some balance or yoga before bed. Other days I’ll use it for an hour using all 4 categories.
Until people use it, they think it can’t really be exercise. Try it, you will understand that it can provide a great workout. I still do other things to exercise, but Wii fit is something I look forward to doing every day.

Wii Fit…Incredible, November 6, 2008
If I had been told that the Wii Fit would occasionally make me sweat, I would have thought someone were joking. (That may or may not be a good reflection on my fitness level, but anywho….)
This is a great way to reintroduce fitness into a busy schedule. I don’t think it can completely replicate fitness one would get in a gym session (for now…I’m still getting used to it), but it would be a great compliment to other forms of exercise (walking, jogging,e.g.)
It could be good to use for physical therapy if one injures their leg or arm–but I would avoid some of the more strenous activities.
It is a MUST buy if you have a Wii!
Must have for adult Wii owners,November 6, 2008
I tried it out before it was released at the Nintendo Store when I was in NYC and knew I had to have one. I went to Meijer at 11 p.m. the night before it was released and waiting an hour for the midnight release to be sure I owned one.
It has some great yoga exercises and the balance board is great for keeping track of your weight and BMI and setting goals. The games are a lot of fun and a lot of variety in the training exercises.

Wii Fit is releasing, For moms, Wii might have the perfect Fit
Today Nintendo is releasing Wii Fit what might be the first big-budget console game that can pull in that ever elusive segment: mothers.
Officially, Nintendo said Wii Fit, an exercise and health title, is designed for an “expanded audience.” But the game, which goes on sale today, has the potential to attract what some marketers have called the chief household officer, a large but mostly unreached population of potential gamers.
The game’s novel appeal is delivered through an electronic Wii balance board controller, sold in a bundle with Wii Fit for $90. The board, with multiple sensors, measures a player’s weight and turns steps and shifts in balance into moves on screen.
“Most people don’t enjoy working out, but we believe most people want to maintain a fit body and a healthy lifestyle,” said Denise Kaigler, vice president of corporate affairs for Nintendo. “Wii Fit addresses that dilemma, allowing you to get fit in a fun and convenient way.”
“Moms have the purchasing power in the house, and this is a game that will catch her attention,” Torres said. “Look at the way they’re marketing it. They’re not reaching out to hardcore gamers, who they know will want to get it, too, for the mini-skill games. They’re showing off these other aspects like yoga and step aerobics that will hook a mom.”
